BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are authorized
and directed to execute amendment number 1 to an original airport
agreement between Frontier Airlines and the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, a copy of which amendment to Airport Agreement is attached
hereto marked Exhibit ':'AV and made a part hereof.

AMENDMENT .NO. 1.
TO ORIGINAL AIRPORT AGREEMENT
FRONTIER AIRLINES, INC.
Use of Drake Field
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
This AMENDMENT NO. 1; made and entered into this day of
C'irnllDt) 1972, by and between THE CITY OF FAYE-.TTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS, and FRONTIER AIRLINES, INC., a corporation organized
and existing under and by virtue of the laivs of the State of
Nevada, LESSEE,
1VITNESSETH:
iVHEREAS, the parties have heretofore entered au Airport Agreement
effective A'larcli 1, 1970, and
WHEREAS, the -parties are now desirous .of amending said.original
Agreement further,
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the rentals, covenants and .
agreements contained herein, the parties further agree.. -.as
follows:

PARAGRAPH 2-TERDI: Amend to read: Commencing March 1, 1972 and
terminating February 28, 1975.

EXHIBIT A. LANDING FEES - During the period iaarch 1, 1972 through
February 28, 1975, the Lessee agrees to pay Lessor landing fees
as follows:
March 1, 1972 tiirouQh February 28, 1973, a'fee of Ten
Cents ($.10) per thousand pounds of maximum certificated
landing weight for each of Lessee's aircraft landing .at
said airport.
March 1, 1973 through February 28, 1974,.a fee of Twelve
Cents ($.12) per thousand pounds.
March 15 1974 through February 28, 197S, a fee of Thirteen
Cents ($.13) per thousand pounds.

Exhiuit A, Terminal Rentals, commencing March 1,:1972.and
continuing
throughout the term of this
agreement, Lessee agrees
to pay lessor the sum of
Tiiree Thousand,
Eighty-eiglit
Dollars
and Eighty
Cents ($3,088.80)
per year,
payable
in equal monthly
installments, computed at $4.80 per square foot per year.

Additional Terminal Building Space;
Effective November 1, 1972 and continuing throughout the term
of this Agreement, Lessee agrees to lease 288 additional square.'
feet of terminal.. building space for Lessee's. facilities.
Lessee agrees to pay Lessor the sum of One Thousand, Three Hundred,
Eighty-two Dollars and Fourty Cents ($1,382.40) per year, payable
in equal monthly installments, computed at $4.80 per square foot
per year.
Lessee.agrees to construct a partition., at its own cost, to enclose
the 288 square feet of airfreight leased area.

Except as otherwise modified, changed or altered herein, all terms
and provisions of the original agreement shall remain in .full force
.and effect throughout the term of. said agreement.
