WHEREAS THE TOPICS STUDY COMMITTEE HAS RECOMMENDED TO THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS.A PROPOSED TRAFFIC OPERATION PLAN TO IMPROVE
THE CAPACITY AND SAFETY OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS IN THE CITY LIMITS
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. That the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, do hereby adopt and approve the report as recommended
by the Topics Study Committee, a copy of which report is attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
