RESOLUTION NO6 ZZ
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD W DIRECTORS OF THE CITY.OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: F
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are authorized
and directed to execute an easement to Southwest Electric Power
Company for space in a parking lot near the new Federal Building site,
a copy of which easement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof.
