WHEREAS, notice has been duly given to all owners of
real property benefited by the improvement of Sycamore
Street from College Avenue (U.'S. Highway No. 71 North) to
Woolsey Avenue., as required by-law, advising them that'a
petition for an assessment district for the purpose of improving
Sycamore Street from College Avenue (U. S. Highway No. 71
North) to Woolsey Avenue has been filed with the Clerk -of
the City; and
WHEREAS, it is the time fixed '=in',` said notice forr.the
hearing to determine whether tb'ose signing said petition con-
stitute a majority and value of the owners of real property .in
said district; and
WHEREAS, the Board has heard all persons who desire to be
heard upon the question of whether the signers of said petition
constitute such majority; and .
WHEREAS, this Board has ascertained that said signers do
constitute such majority, has shown both the records of deeds
and by the actual ownership, and that said petition praying that
cost of --said improvements be assessed and be charged on real
property in the"d�`strict is inwdue-formgahA p'xopeslylszgneda`bynr
the majority of the owners of real property in said district as
required by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, this Board does hereby declare that after
removing from said petition the names of all persons who have
requested their names be expunged therefrom, and who are entitled
to have their names expunged, the remaining signers of said
petition constitute a majority and value of the owners of real
property in said district:
