A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE TO DETERMINE
THE SUFFICIENCY OF A STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PETITION FOR
SYCAMORE STREET FROM HIGHWAY 71 NORTH TO WOOLSEY AVENUE,
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk of
the City of Fayetteville',; Arkansas, and whereas said petition
purports to be signed by a majority uinl value of the real property
benefited by the improvement of Sycamore Street from Highway 71
North to Woolsey Avenue, and whereas, said petition pray§•`t' at
a date and place for public hearing on the sufficiency of the
petition be set,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas:
1) That the 19th day of September, 1972, at 7:30 P. M. in
the Board Room of the City Administration Building, be
and the same is hereby fixed that the time and place for
hearing upon said petition.
2) That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
be and she is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing
to all interested parties by publication thereof in a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, at least five (S) days,prior to the date fixed
for said hearing,
