A RESOLUTION SETTING A HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A
CERTAIN ALLEY'AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE OF SAID HEARING
WHEREAS, the abutting property owners desire to vacate and abandon a
portion of the alley in Block 2 of Goff's Addition in the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, and
WHEREAS, the Petition of an abutting property owner and the written
concurrence of all other abutting property owners was filed with theCity
Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on the 23rd day of June, 1972,
and it appears that this is the next regular meeting of the Board of Directors
of said City of Fayetteville following the filing of said Petition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. That the 1st day of August, 1972, at 7:30 P.M. in the Board Room of
the City Administration Building, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place for hearing upon said petition.
2. That the City

Planning Commission for review and recommendation on or before the date set
for hearing thereon.
