BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Manager be and he hereby is authorized and
directed to proceed with the acquisition of two tracts of land for
a water reservoir site on Mt. Sequoyah, and that the City Manager
be authorized to expend $11,500.00 for Tract I and $3,000.00 for
Tract II as shown on the attached plat, marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof.
