BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That -the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they hereby are
authorized and directed to execute one certain lease agreement
by and between the Federal Aviation Administration and the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a copy of which is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
