WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, deems it desirable to prepare an application for a
Neighborhood Development. Program (NDP).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:•
That the local public agency charged with the development of
urban renewal plans and programs be and it hereby is authorized
and directed to prepare an application for a Neighborhood Develop-
ment Program (NDP) in the following areas of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas:
(1) The areas included within the initial boundaries
contained in the original application for an
interim assistance program in the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
(2) Areas including properties bounding West Dickson
Street and areas adjacent to the campus of the
University of Arkansas
