RESOLUTION NO.
Be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are authorized
and directed to execute a release of utility easement to permit
construction of the Washington County School for Mentally Retarded
Children. A copy of said easement is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof.

That the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a Municipal
• Corporation, by its mayor :and cityclerk, for and in. consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and for other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,does hereby remise, convey,.
release and quitclaim to the Washington County School for Retarded
Children, andto its successors or assigns, all the right, title,
sinterest, claim, or use whatsoever the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, a Municipal Corporation, and the public generally, may
. have acquired in, through, or by the platting of a utilityy easement,
the acceptance of dedication, and the recordation of the plat of

utilityeasement is more particularlydescribed as follows:
The east. ten (10) feet of lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and.5 in
block six (6) of Green Valley Addition.as,per plat
of said addition onfile in the office of the
Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder for Washington
County, Arkansas.
