Be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas:
That Donald L. Grimes be and he hereby is designated and
appointed City Manager of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
effective April 10, 1972.
Be it further resolved that Donald L: Grimes be and he
hereby is designated and appointed Chairman of the Firemen's
Relief and Pension Board, said appointment to be effective
from and after April 10, 1972.
