RESOLUTION NO. /4-102,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Cerk be and they hereby are
authorized anddirected to execute a contract on a unit price
basis with Tri -City Construction Company for the construction
of water lines on Willoughby Road and sewer lines on Township
Road and Old Wire Road North.
