BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Controller or his duly authorized representa-
tive be and he hereby is authorized, directed and designated as
the collector to receive all assessments on the real property in
any assessment district formed and approved by the Board of
Directors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
