BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas:
That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized and directed
to execute an agreement with Black.. and ?Veach Consulting Engineers
for a water and sewer rate study for outside of city services.
Said agreement is contained and three letters dated January 21,
February 17, and. February 24, 1972, copies of which are attached
hereto, marked exhibits "A", "B", and "C" and made a part
hereof.
