BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are, authorized
to accept the dedication of the final plat of Barnes First Addition to the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, subject to the execution of a contract
filed by Humble Oil Company, agreeing to build the access road in compliance
with Fayetteville City Ordinances.
