BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKXNSAS:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his duly authorized
representative be and he hereby is authorized to provide the
United; States District Court with information concerning the
quantities of cast iron pipe and fittings which the City
has purchased since January 1, 1966.
Section 2. That the City Attorney be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to file any pleadings necessary to
qualify for inclusion in any. award or,recovery to purchasers
which may result from 'a£law+suit presently pending in the
U., S. District°Court for theN
.orthern'District of Alabama,
Southern Division.
