BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
That the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized to execute one certain release deed releas-
ing a permanent easement or Right of Way Grant to Earl L.
Ogden and Joyce M. Ogden, a copy of which Partial Release
Deed is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof.
