BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the action of the City Manager, Gerald G. Fox in
approving an engineering agreement with McGoodwin, Williams
F Yates, Inc., which agreement is contained -in a letter dated
January 24, 1969, a copy of which is attached heretomarked
Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, be and the same hereby
is ratified and approved.
