BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Manager and the City. Clerk be and they
hereby are authorized and directed to execute one certain
engineering services agreement for engineering work for the
construction phase of water line relocations, a copy of
which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a
part hereof.
