RESOLUTION NO. 65-7/
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. That the City Manager of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas be and he hereby is authorized and directed to
execute one certain agreement of understanding between the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas and the Arkansas Highway
Department a copy of which is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
