WHEREAS, it appears that the petition of Ralph E.
Stubblefield, Roland P. Stubblefield and Katherine
Stubblefield, to vacate that portion of Jon Street west
of Elizabeth Avenue in Block 5 of Stubblefield Addition
to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas was filed with the
City Clerk of the City ofFayetteville, Arkansas on the
3/.4t' day of art , 1971; and
WHEREAS, it �app�e"arrs that this is the next regular
meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, following the filing of said petition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the 4th day of October, 1971, at 7:30
o'clock p.m., in the Board of Directors' room of the City
Administration Building, be and the same hereby is fixed as
the time and place for hearing upon said petition.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, be and she hereby is directed to give notice
of such hearing to all interested persons by publication
thereof once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a news-
paper of general circulation in the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
