RESOLUTION NO. 6 t V
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, a Municipal Corporation, did cause studies
to be made of the needs for street improvement to East Jackson
Drive from Mission Boulevard to North Jackson Drive, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the above-described studies the
Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
receive from the City Manager certain findings and determina-
tions, which findings and determinations are more fully set
forth in Resolution No. 15-71 of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it desirable to
amend the report ori improvement of East Jackson Drive from
Mission Boulevard to North Jackson Drive.
NOW,ITHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the proposed Street Improvement Project
should include complete street reconstruction on East Jackson
Drive from Mission Boulevard to North Jackson Drive. Necessary
improvements include reconstruction of base to meet current
City standards; repaving with two (2) inches of hot mix asphaltic
materials, twenty-eight (28) feet wide from flow line to flow
line; installation of concrete curb :and gutter on the North
and South side of said street.'
Section 2. That,the•report on improvement of East
Jackson Drive from Mission Boulevard to North Jackson Drive
contained in Resolution No. 15-71 of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas should be and it is hereby amended to read set forth
