BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THAT the City Manager and City Clerk be and theymhere-
by are authorized to execute one certain contract, a copy
of which is attached hereto, by and between the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas and Raymond J. Ellis for the opera-
tion of aeronautical services at the Fayetteville Municipal
Airport (Drake Field).
