RESOLUTION NO.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are
authorized and directed to execute the attached rights-of-way
granting to Southwest Electric Power Company, a Delaware
corporation, an easement and right of way on,over and across
certain real estate owned by the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
