P 7 20 mn3 RESOLUTION NO. 51-7147ASHI4OMOINTY ARKANSAS NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARDS= THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: THAT the Assistant Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute one certain partial release deed discharging and releasing the lien now held by the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by virtue of a contract dated August 17, 1970, by and between ESCO Development Company, Inc. and the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on: Lot 26, Block 2, Butterfield Subdivision, a subdivision of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as per plat of said subdivision recorded in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder of Washington County, Arkansas.
