WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District
#2 of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, desire to wind up the
affairs of said district; and
WHEREAS, said Commissioners have filed with the City Clerk
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, ar.final audit report
bringing up to date its receipts and disbursements; and
WHEREAS, the City Controller of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, has examined said final audit report and recommends to
the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, that
a resolution be adopted approving such report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the final audit report of Sewer Improvement
District 02 as filed with the City Clerk be and the same hereby
is approved.
Section 2. That pursuant •to the applicable Arkansas stat-
utes upon the passage and approval of this Resolution said
Commissioners of said District shall stand discharged from their
duties as Commissioners.
Section 3. That the City. Clerk be and she hereby is auth-
orized and directed to file a copy of this Resolution in the office
of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -officio Recorder of Washington County,
Arkansas.
