BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
hereby are authorized and directed to execute one certain
contract, a copy of which is attached hereto,4by and between
the city of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and the St. Louis -San
Francisco Railway Company.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be and she hereby is
authorized and directed to furnish a certified copy of this
resolution to the St. Louis -San Francisco Railway Company.
