BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized and directedto execute one certain contract,
a copy of which is attached hereto, by and between the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, and McGoodwin, Williams and Yates, Inc.
for engineering services for water and sewerage facilities
improvements.
Sections. That the City Clerk be and she hereby is
authorized and directed to furnish certified copies of this
resolution to support the application of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas to,the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
