NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Manager and City Controller be and they hereby
are authorized and directed to borrow up to $100,000.00 for a
period of time not to exceed six months, said money to be used
for the temporary financing of construction g`f:new extensions to
the Water and Sewer facilities of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
