NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized and directed to execute one certain
partial release deed discharging and releasing the lien
now held by the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by,virtue
of a contract dated August 17, 1970, by and between
ESCO Development Company, Inc. and the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, on:
1971.
Lot Three (3), Block One (1), Butterfield
Subdivision.
