NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized and directed to execute one certain
partial release deed discharging and releasing the lien
now held by the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by virtue
of a contract dated January 20, 1969, by and between
Benny A. Winborn and' Mildred B. Winborn and the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, on:
Lots One (1), Two (2), and Five (5), in Block
One (1), Phase II, Winwood Estates, a replat of
Winbaugh Estates, and
Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5),
Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block Six (6), Phase II,
Winwood Estates, a replat of Winbaugh Estates.
