RESOLUTION NO. .-1-17/
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Ordinance No. /%y/
.Harold Mathis was authorized to submit to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville a schedule of rates to be charged for
bus service within said city; and
WHEREAS, said Harold Mathis has submitted a proposed schedule
of rates; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it desirable to approve
said rates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the schedule of rates attached hereto and
designated Schedule "A" is hereby approved and confirmed by the
Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Section 2. That the schedule of rates and a map clearly
designating the zones described in said Schedule shall be con-
spicuously displayed in any bus operated on the streets of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

SCHEDULE "A"
(a) The Northeast corner of the intersection of East Avenue and Center
Street is hereby designated as the base point.
(b) The following zones are hereby established. Each zone shall
contain that area within the designated distance from the base point which
is not included in a lower numbered zone.

5 2.5 miles
6 3.0 miles
7 3.5 miles
8 4.0 miles

10 5.0 miles
11 5.5 miles
(c) The following maximum rates are hereby established. Provided,
however, that the rate for any trip from one point within any zone to any
other point within said zone shall be thirty cents ($.30) unless said trip
requires a trip through any other zone.
