BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute one certain contract
guaranteeing installation of improvements in Country Club
Estates, a subdivision of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
by and between the owners thereof and the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
