A RESOLUTION SETTING A HEARING ON A PETITION
TO VACATE A CERTAIN STREET
AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE OF SAID HEARING
WHEREAS, the abutting property owners desire to vacate and
abandon a portion of Elm Street in the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, and

WHEREAS, the Petition of said abutting property owners was filed
with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas on the
day of , 1971, and it appears that this is the
next regular meeting of the Board of Directors of sad City of
Fayetteville following the filing of said Petition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. That the and day of , 1971, at 1:30 P.M., in
the Board Room of the CityAdministration Building, be and the- same
is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing upon said petition.
2. That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
be and she is hereby directed to give notice �f such hearing to all
interested parties by publication thereof once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks in the Northwest Arkansas Times, a newspaper
published in Washington County, Arkansas, and having a general
circulation in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
3. That said Potion be and the same is hereby referred to
the City Planning Commission for review and recommendation on or
