BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby
are, authorized and directed to execute one certain
release deed discharging and releasing the lien now
held by the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas on Lot 4,
Block 4, of Butterfield Subdivision, by virtue of a
contract tated August 17, 1970, by and between ESCO
Development Company, Inc., and the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas:
