BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute in duplicate one certain
agreement between St. Louis -San Francisco Railway Company
and the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, which contract pro-
vides for the construction, maintenance, operation and
ownership of a 9,402 foot extension of the Fayette Junction
switch track to serve the Fayetteville Industrial Park.
