BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be,`and,they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute one certain release deed
discharging and releasing the lien now held by the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas on Lot:? number One, Block One of Parkwood Subdivision
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by virtue of a contract dated
June 2, 1969, by and between Leo P. Peel and the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas.
