RESOLUTION,NO. 17-71
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are, auth-
orized and directed to execute ones certain release deed discharg-
ing and releasing the lien now held by the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas on Lots numbered four (4), five (5), six (6), and seven
(7), in Block One (1), and Lots one (1), two (2), and three (3),
in Block Two (2), and Block Three (3) of Parkwood Subdivision
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by virtue of a contract
dated June 2, 1969, by and between Leo P. Peel and the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 15th day of March
1971.
