BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THAT the City Clerk be, and she hereby is, authorized
and directed to publish notice of a public hearing on
an application for a certificate of public convenience
and necessity for the operation of taxicabs by Charles E.
Woodward and Lewis W. Williams.
THAT said public hearing shall be held on March 1,
1971, at 7:30 P.M. in the Board of Directors' Room of
the City Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
