RESOLUTION NO. 7-71
WHEREAS, THAT Fred E. Holden and his wife Naomi H. Holden of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, desire to have closed Carla Drive in the City of Fayetteville which
is described as follows:
and,
Carla Drive which is located in Parkwood Sub -division and is
bounded on the West by Lots 4, 5, and 6, of Block 1, and Lot 7,
Block 1 on the South Side, and Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 2, on
the East side of said street, all of said lots being in Parkwood
Sub -division to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
WHEREAS, the Petition of the said Fred E. Holden and his wife Naomi H.
Holden was duly filed with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
on the 12th day of February, 1971, and it appears that this is the next

regular meeting of the Board'of Directors of said City of Fayetteville

following the filing of said Petition;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. That the 1st day of March , 1971, at 7:30 P.M., in
the Board Room of the City Administration Building, and the same is hereby,
fixed as the time and place for hearing upon said petition.
2. That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be, and
she is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing to all interested parties
by publication thereof once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the North-
west Arkansas Times, a newspaper published in Washington County, Arkansas, and
having a general circulation in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

3. That said petition be and the same is hereby referred to
the City Planning Commission for review and recommendation on or
before the date set for hearing thereon.
