RESOLUTION NO. 5-71
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized and directed to execute one certain
release deed discharging and releasing the lien now held
by the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on Lots Four (4),
Five (5), and Thirteen (13), in Block Two (2) of Butter-
field Subdivision, by virtue of a contract dated August
17, 1970, by and between ESCO Development Company, Inc.
and the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this /r/.4 day of Adiekc
1971.
