RESOLUTION NO. 4-71
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS,
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby
are, authorized and directed to execute one certain con-
tract guaranteeing installation of improvements in
Cummings -Goff Subdivision of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, by and between C. and L. Land Company and
Ralph Goff, Jr. and the_City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of February
1971.
