RESOLUTION NO. 1-71
WHEREAS, Clarice Carney has filed her petition to
vacate and abandon a'certain alley in the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, which is described as follows:
The North-South alley lying between Lots 1 and 2
and Lot 13 in Block 1 in Archias-Bushnell Addition
in the City of Fayetteville, Washington County,
Arkansas, and extending North from Douglas Street
in said City to Lot 19 in Block 1 in said Addition;
and,
WHEREAS, the petition of the said Clarice Carney was
duly filed with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, on the 6th day of January, 1971, and it appears
that is the next regular meeting of the Board of Directors
of the said City of Fayetteville, following the filing of
said petition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC-
TORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. That the hearing upon said petition shall be held
in the Board Room of the City Administration Building in
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas on the 1st day of
February, 1971, at 7:30 P.M.
2. That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing
by publishing notice thereof once each week for two weeks
in the Northwest Arkansas Times
3. That said petition be and the same is hereby -
referred to the City Planning Commisison for review/and
recommendation on or before the date set for hearing thereon.
