BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby
are, authorized and directed to execute a deed to the
School for the Mentally Retarded for three (3) acres of
land located south of Seventh Street between Church
Avenue and: Block Avenue.
