RESOLUTION NO. 65-70
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That Five Feet of the Seven Foot requirement of the
major street plan be waived to permit the construction of a
new Bank building on property located on East Avenue between
Center Street and Meadow Street.
Be it further resolved that the provisions of Resolution
No. 34-70 passed and approved on the 6th day of July, 1970,
in specific conflict herewith, are hereby superseded by this
Resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 7th day of December, 1970.
