RESOLUTION 44-90

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized and directed to execute one certain
release deed discharging and releasing the lien now
held by the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas by virtue
of a contract dated July 7, 1962, by and between Young
Enterprises, Inc. and the City of Fayetteville, Ark-
ansas.
