BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk or Acting City Clerk
be and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute one
certain release deed discharging and releasing the lien
now held by the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by virtue of
a contract dated August 17, 1970, by and between ESCO
Development Company, Inc. and the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 274% day of
1970.
