BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk or Acting City Clerk
be and they hereby are authorized and directed to
execute one certain contract guaranteeing installation
of improvements in Sun Valley Addition, a subdivision
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by and between
Bill Graue and Mildred Graue and the City of Fayetteville.
