NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the implementation date for the discontinuance
of water and sever reimbursements to subdividers be and
the same is hereby designated as September 9, 1970.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager or
his duly authorized representative be and he hereby is
authorized to discontinue said reimbursements for sub-
divisions not completed prior to said implementation
date.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager ot
his duly authorized representative be and he hereby is
authorized to waive said implementation date and to
permit said reimbursements for subdivisions substantially
complete on September 9, 1970.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if the City Manager or
his duly authorized representative refuses to waive said
rule upon request by the subdivider the party so agreived
may appeal said refusal to the Board of Directors, provided
said appeal is lodged within 30 days after notice of said
refusal.
