RESOLUTION NO. 5 7
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Manager be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to serve notice on the
Mayor of the City of Farminton, Arkansas, that
the offer of the City of Fayetteville to enter
into a contract with the City ofq1armingfnand
Surburban Water District No. 2 is revoked and that
the Resolution authorizing the execution of :id
contract by the City of Fayetteville has been
repealed. A.
PASSED AND APPROVED this day of 1970.
